
A dutch baby. A simple, perfect breakfast made better by adding cinnamon and peaches!
Ingredients
- 3 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 peach, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450*
- Place butter and sliced peach in the bottom of a 10-inch cast iron skillet, or two 6-inch skillets, while preheating
- Whisk together flour, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until completely combined and has a frothy texture
- When oven is heated, remove cast iron and immediately pour batter in
- Bake for 15 minutes. Do not open the oven or or it may deflate
- Once golden brown, remove from oven. Top with fresh peach slices, cinnamon sugar, and/or whipped cream
- Enjoy while warm!
