Cinnamon Sugar Peach Dutch Baby

A dutch baby. A simple, perfect breakfast made better by adding cinnamon and peaches!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 peach, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450*
  • Place butter and sliced peach in the bottom of a 10-inch cast iron skillet, or two 6-inch skillets, while preheating
  • Whisk together flour, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until completely combined and has a frothy texture
  • When oven is heated, remove cast iron and immediately pour batter in
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Do not open the oven or or it may deflate
  • Once golden brown, remove from oven. Top with fresh peach slices, cinnamon sugar, and/or whipped cream
  • Enjoy while warm!
