
In my experience, you can switch up the amount of sugar or instant coffee you put in to cater to your taste buds, but this is what tastes best to me!
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp instant coffee
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 4 Tbsp hot water
- chocolate syrup, optional
Directions
- Whip with a stand or hard mixer until stiff peaks form [about 7 minutes on high]
- Fill cup with ice and your creamer of choice, half and half, milk, oat milk, what have you [I prefer milk/oat milk]
- Spoon whipped coffee on top
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup if so inclined
- **To drink: stir mixture together, best enjoyed with a reusable straw
