Whipped Coffee

In my experience, you can switch up the amount of sugar or instant coffee you put in to cater to your taste buds, but this is what tastes best to me!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp instant coffee
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 Tbsp hot water
  • chocolate syrup, optional

Directions

  • Whip with a stand or hard mixer until stiff peaks form [about 7 minutes on high]
  • Fill cup with ice and your creamer of choice, half and half, milk, oat milk, what have you [I prefer milk/oat milk]
  • Spoon whipped coffee on top
  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup if so inclined
  • **To drink: stir mixture together, best enjoyed with a reusable straw
