Rosemary Crackers

Quite possibly, the quickest and easiest cracker recipe there ever was! Pairs perfectly with a soft cheese and a glass of red wine.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 500*
  • Whisk together flour, salt, sugar, and 1 Tbsp rosemary
  • Add oil and water, stir until combined
  • Lightly flour a piece of parchment paper and roll until desired thickness, thinner for a crispier cracker
  • Brush with water
  • Sprinkle with remaining rosemary and coarse sea salt
  • Cut to preferred size with a floured pizza cutter
  • Transfer to a cookie sheet, still on parchment paper, and place in oven
  • Change oven temperature to 425*
  • Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes
