
Quite possibly, the quickest and easiest cracker recipe there ever was! Pairs perfectly with a soft cheese and a glass of red wine.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 3/4 cup water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500*
- Whisk together flour, salt, sugar, and 1 Tbsp rosemary
- Add oil and water, stir until combined
- Lightly flour a piece of parchment paper and roll until desired thickness, thinner for a crispier cracker
- Brush with water
- Sprinkle with remaining rosemary and coarse sea salt
- Cut to preferred size with a floured pizza cutter
- Transfer to a cookie sheet, still on parchment paper, and place in oven
- Change oven temperature to 425*
- Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes
