
This pairing may not seem to make sense but it is delectable! Don’t knock it till you try it!
Ingredients
- 2 large piece of naan bread
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 vidalia onion, sliced
- 2 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup arugula
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Brush naan bread with water and set aside
- Heat oil on medium heat and cook onion until translucent
- Season onion with red pepper flakes and stir in honey to caramelize. After caramelized, remove from heat
- Mix together ricotta and feta, spread on bread
- Top with onions and blueberries
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until blueberries begin to burst
- Drizzle with leftover honey mixture, top with arugula, and sprinkle with a pinch of red pepper flakes
