This is the result of a long, hard, and amazing day at work that needed to be finished with comfort food, leftover chicken that needed to be cooked, and an immense love for bacon. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:
- 3 cups shredded or diced chicken (pre-cooked)
- 5 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1 box pasta, shells or rotini
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss/gruyere mix
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 package, crescent roll dough
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Cook bacon until crispy, remove from pan and set aside
- Cook onion and broccoli in bacon grease until soft
- While the bacon is cooking, cook pasta according to instructions on box
- Drain pasta and set aside
- Add chicken and bacon to skillet with onion and broccoli and turn off heat
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme leaves
- Stir in pasta, heavy whipping cream, parmesan, swiss/gruyere, and half of the cheddar cheese
- Transfer to casserole dish and stir in sour cream
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and on top of that, crescent roll dough
- Bake for 12-16 minutes until dough is golden
