Ever wanted a decadent dinner but didn’t want to spend a lot of time making it? Well, THIS is the dinner. In less than 30 minutes, this salmon is ready to devour! Serve with a side salad or roasted broccoli and you’re good to go!

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of salmon
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- a pinch of paprika
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
- Pat salmon with paper towel
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic
- Melt butter in skillet on medium heat
- Whisk together remaining ingredients in small bowl
- Place salmon in skillet, skin side down and cook for 3 minutes
- Pour the sauce over the salmon. Continuously baste the salmon with the sauce and cook for 8-12 minutes over medium heat
- OPTIONAL: preheat oven to 350* and bake for 5 minutes
