
There is always an influx of apple recipes come fall but you don’t want to miss out on making this one! I promise, it be tasty.
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crust you can use this recipe
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350*
- Beat sugars and butter on medium high heat
- Beat in two eggs and vanilla on medium until combined
- Whisk in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon
- Stir in apple and white chocolate chips with a rubber spatula
- Using an oversized muffin tin or regular sized muffin tin, cover the bottom of each muffin tin with graham cracker crust, bake for 7 minutes until golden brown
- Scoop in batter until 3/4 full
- Bake until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean about 35 minutes
