
I’m not one to mess up a classic but I wanted to try our Outstanding Foods vegan pork rinds in place of the French onions and it was so good!
Ingredients:
- 2 bags of frozen green beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 1/2 tsp coconut aminos
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 bag of salt & vinegar vegan pork rinds
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350*
- Crush the vegan pork rinds until small
- Stir green beans, cream of mushroom, coconut aminos, salt, pepper, and half of the pork rinds in a large bowl
- Pour into a baking dish and bake for 35 minutes, or until bubbly
- Top with the remaining vegan pork rinds and bake for 5-8 minutes until toasted
