Green Bean Casserole

I’m not one to mess up a classic but I wanted to try our Outstanding Foods vegan pork rinds in place of the French onions and it was so good!

Ingredients:

  • 2 bags of frozen green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 bag of salt & vinegar vegan pork rinds

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350*
  • Crush the vegan pork rinds until small
  • Stir green beans, cream of mushroom, coconut aminos, salt, pepper, and half of the pork rinds in a large bowl
  • Pour into a baking dish and bake for 35 minutes, or until bubbly
  • Top with the remaining vegan pork rinds and bake for 5-8 minutes until toasted
